Located in Punta Bella, also referred to as Palmilla Sur, it is ideally situated between the quaint Town of San Jose Del Cabo and the nightlife of Cabo San Lucas. Perched above Palmilla Beach which hosts the famous One & Only Palmilla Hotel and the development of Villas del Mar, this is the perfect setting for your Cabo getaway. Villa Paraiso is thoughtfully designed to create privacy for all guests while also offering common areas where guests can enjoy each other’s company while they soak up the sun and peacefulness which makes Cabo famous.

Framed by large palm trees and located near the end of Palmilla Beach where beautiful rock formations create a calm, swimable cove, this is where you will forget the worries of your every-day life. Villa Paraiso is configured to cater to your every need. The Mediterranean feel of the white white-washed walls and the large terraces and patios allow you to enjoy the cool breezes sweeping off of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy a dip in your private, heated,

oceanfront infinity-edged pool and Jacuzzi while you relax to the gentle sounds of the waterfall. During the season, from December thru March you will be able to see the migration of the Grey Whales frolicking in the Ocean 100 yards from the Beach. Or you may decide to take a step off of the Veranda and walk in the sands of Palmilla Beach- the waters of the Sea of Cortez laps up on the beach in this secluded cove. A private Cabana with Beach chairs set up for our guests. Sipping an evening Margarita or cocktail over a game of billiards or while lyin g on the Chaise Lounge chairs is the perfect way to end the day while your meal is being prepared on the BBQ grill.

Indoors, you will find a complete Chef’s kitchen, all of your meals can be prepared for yo by one of our private chefs. All of the comforts of home surround you in Villa Paraiso as well as you will enjoy surround sound music, wireless internet, and satellite television. All 5 bedrooms proudly offer en-suite sized bathrooms, air-conditioning, and their own satellite televisions. Villa Policies

  • No smoking inside Villa Paraiso.
  • No pets without owner’s prior approval.
  • No wet clothing or towels on indoor furniture.
  • No groups without at least one member of 25 years of age. All groups must have a member of 25 years of age as a signing renter.

From $3,000 per night plus tax

  • January 6 through April 20: $3,300 per night (4 night minimum)
  • April 21 through May 31: $3,200 per night (4 night minimum)
  • June 1 through October 15: $3,000 per night (4 night minimum)
  • October 16 through November 20: $3,300 per night (4 night minimum)
  • November 21 through November 30: $3,600 per night (5 night minimum)
  • December 1 through December 17: $3,300 per night (4 night minimum)
  • December 18 through January 5: $5,500 per night (7 night minimum)

All rates plus a 16% IVA tax and 3% lodging tax.
